1. Cucumber Gin Cooler

It doesn't get simpler than this. All you need is slices of cucumber, some tonic, water and gin. If you're feeling fancy and have these bonus ingredients on hand, you can even add a dash of lime juice and some mint leaves!

Adjust the amount of gin and tonic water depending on how strong you like your cocktail to be. We like to stick to 1 part gin and 3 parts tonic water.

Just mix them all together and there you have it, your very own refreshing and well-rounded cocktail. It takes less than five minutes to prepare!

2. The Classic Margarita

The classic margarita is extremely simple to put together, and you probably have most of what you need already in your kitchen! All you need is a 1 to 2 ratio of tequila to lime juice. Shake or stir these ingredients together and add ice. Just one definitely won't be enough!

3. Gold Rush Cocktail

The gold rush cocktail is basically a whisky sour but without the egg whites and bitters. You'll need bourbon, freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey.

First, dilute the honey with 1 part boiling water and 3 parts honey. Then combine 60ml of bourbon with 20ml of lime juice and 20ml of your honey mixture and shake well. Pour it into a glass or cup with ice. Voila!

4. Daiquiri

The daiquiri is a delicious combination of sweet, sour, and strong. It is extremely easy to make. We're making a non-frozen version of it at home.

All you need is 60ml of white rum, 30ml of freshly squeezed lime juice, and 20ml of any simple syrup. Simply combine them all into a shaker with ice and shake well.

5. Dark 'n' Stormy

Another so, so simple recipe. Dark n Stormy is a year-round cocktail that you can enjoy. It combines the taste of the rum with sweet and slightly spicy ginger beer with a hint of acidity from a lime wedge. Perfect.

You'll need 1 part rum and 2 parts ginger beer. Fill your glass with ice then add rum, then top with ginger beer. Squeeze the lime wedge into the glass and garnish with it.
